Obtaining:

Ginger essential oil is obtained by distilling freshly harvested rhizomes.

Use:

Dermally, 3 drops of Ginger essential oil in 12 drops of vegetable oil in application along the spine and lower back, 2 times a day for 10 days. 

Orally, 1 drop of Ginger essential oil on a neutral tablet every morning.

Premenstrual pain: dilute the essential oil of ginger in a vegetable oil and massage the concerned part. The massage must be carried out at the level of the bottom of the belly.
